Arrange a conference in a unique and charming environment in central Lund, Hotel Concordia offers ideal meeting conditions in the middle of Lund, with proximity to both Lund Central Station and the central Stortorget. Here you can hold your next day’s conference or extend your stay with an overnight stay for maximum comfort.
We have two large conference rooms that can be furnished according to your needs. For larger groups, we have the conference rooms Bille and Micklagård. For smaller groups, we recommend our meeting room Linnea on the hotel’s third floor where you can enjoy a fantastic view of Lund.
Cinema seating means that the chairs are arranged in rows that point forward towards a speaker or screen. It is perfect for, for example, lectures or presentations. School seating means that there is a table in front of each participant, which gives the opportunity to have, for example, a notepad or computer in front of them on the table.
Our meeting rooms have all the equipment and technology required for smooth physical, hybrid and digital meetings.
In our meeting room Bille-salen there is a hearing loop for people with hearing loss, including 2 necklaces that amplify the sound.
