Booking conditions

Please read these documents to accept Hotel Concordia Syd AB’s booking conditions. Here you will find our policy in accordance with GDPR, the General Data Protection Regulation.

Note! You accept all the information and conditions in this document when you make a reservation for a hotel room on www.concordia.se and in doing so you accept this document. You do this by clicking on the round marker in the last booking step, so that it moves to the right under “General conditions”. There you will also see this text document: “By clicking next you agree to the booking conditions. Terms & Conditions (PDF, 45 KB)”.

Cancellation policy

Individual bookings – with standard rates:

The following cancellation policy applies to standard rate bookings made with a credit card guarantee, these bookings are paid at the time of check-in at the hotel, or hotel standard rate bookings made paid directly by credit card (prepaid) at the time of booking on www.concordia.se. Bookings with credit card guarantee: At the latest by 18:00 the day before arrival, the change and/or cancellation must must be made, otherwise we will charge the guest or company 100% of the total amount booked for the first night. For those standard rate bookings paid directly by credit card (prepaid) and canceled before 18:00 on the day before arrival, we will refund the full amount of the prepaid booking to the credit card used for the direct payment (prepayment). In the case of non-refundable rates, we never refund these bookings. Please contact us in case of cancellation: info@concordia.se

Group reservations

For group bookings, we must have a list of names from you, at least 1 month before arrival. Our cancellation policy cancellation policy for group bookings (5 rooms or more) is at least 2 months before arrival you can cancel without charge. Cancellation later than this will result in us having to charge you, on an increasing % scale the closer to the arrival date you cancel. These are the time intervals in our cancellation policy:

Once we have received the list of names, at least four weeks before arrival, we will send you a pro forma invoice to be paid within 10 days. Any refunds will be made after the booking has been made, i.e. after the last guest has checked out. Then we will refund the customer via bank transfer. In addition to the above description of Hotel Concordia’s charging procedure in the event of late cancellation, we follow the general terms and conditions for conferences and other events developed by Visita:

Responsibility Distribution

Hotel Concordia Syd AB and its owners are not responsible for any errors, deficiencies, or delays in credit card payments with the payment service company. All computer equipment at Hotel Concordia in Lund and everything on the hotel’s website, www.concordia.se, is the responsibility of Hotel Concordia Syd AB.
