Room security

All guest room doors are soundproofed and equipped with peepholes and security chains for added safety.

All guest rooms are also equipped with safes, suitable for most laptops. Please note that the hotel is not responsible for valuables in the guest rooms, even if stored in the safe.

Security in public areas

A modern surveillance system with recording cameras monitors public areas 24/7. The hotel is equipped with security solutions, including panic alarms and collaboration with security companies.

The entrance doors are always locked and can only be opened with a guest key or by reception staff, with a digital doorbell for secure access control.

Fire safety

The hotel has a modern automatic fire alarm system directly connected to SOS Alarm. All guest rooms and public areas are equipped with smoke detectors and sirens for a quick response in case of fire.

All guest room doors are fire-rated EI30, designed to withstand fire for up to 30 minutes. Sprinklers are installed in 10 guest rooms and in the lobby for additional fire protection.

Hotel staff undergo regular theoretical and practical fire training to ensure proper handling in the event of a fire emergency.
